1. What is the design inspiration behind the Apollo Desk?
The Apollo Desk is inspired by orbital geometry and the elegance of mid-century modern lines. The continuous curved "halo" that frames the back and supports the integrated mirror is designed to create a sense of harmony and focus, making the desk feel like an intentional sanctuary for writing or preparation.
2. Can the mirror be removed or customized?
The mirror is a signature architectural element of the Apollo design. While it is integrated into the "halo" frame to maintain its geometric balance, we can discuss bespoke configurations for trade professionals, such as adjusting the mirror’s finish (e.g., smoked or bronze glass) to better suit a specific bedroom or dressing room palette.
3. Is the Apollo Desk suitable for small urban spaces?
Absolutely. One of the Apollo’s greatest strengths is its slender profile and airy framework. Because the legs are lean and the back is open, it doesn't "crowd" a room visually. It is the perfect choice for a sophisticated primary suite corner, a luxury guest room, or an entryway where you need a surface that feels light and elegant.
4. What are the material and finish options?
The Apollo features a sophisticated mix of lacquered wood and metallic accents. The desk body is available in a range of matte or high-gloss lacquers, while the tubular frame can be finished in several metallic tones, including champagne gold, brushed brass, or a sleek matte black. The work surface can also be inlaid with contrasting leather or a premium veneer.
5. How does it function as both a vanity and a writing desk?
The Apollo was designed specifically for multifunctional luxury. The height is optimized for comfortable writing or laptop use, while the circular mirror and the slightly raised "gallery rail" at the back make it a perfect vanity for morning rituals. It is an ideal "bridge" piece for those who want a workspace that maintains a soft, residential feel.
