All our packaging is ecofriendly. We prioritize paper materials and all the plastic we use is 100% recyclable or recycled. We use environmentally friendly high resilience foam certifi ed by Oeko-tex. All the parts can be separated stored for recycling.

The James Armchair comes standard in curated designer textiles, including signature striped patterns, soft textured bouclé, velvet, and premium linens. We also offer COM (Customer’s Own Material) options if you prefer to provide your own fabric.

Shipping, Delivery & Care

What is the typical lead time for the James Armchair?

Because each piece is made to order with expert craftsmanship, standard production lead time is typically 8 to 12 weeksfrom the date of fabric selection and deposit confirmation. Rush production may be available upon request.

How is the armchair delivered?

We offer nationwide and international white-glove delivery service. White-glove service includes inside placement in your room of choice, uncrating/unpacking, and complete removal of packaging materials.
