SHIPPING
After placing your order a confirmation will be sent to your email. You will receive another email once your order is shipped. Products sold on our website have different production and shipping times that are specified in the tables located at the bottom of this page as well as on each product page. For all COM (customer's own material) and COL (customer’s own leather) made-to-order upholstery orders, the production lead time starts from the time that the material is received at the factory. Items ordered together may arrive in multiple boxes and arrive on different delivery dates.
Furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times. The shipping time frame presented on each product page reflects the estimated production time before the item leaves our warehouse. Once items are in transit, they may take an additional 3-5 weeks for the item to make it to your home. After the item reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. This means that unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot alter or change it.
Marie Burgos Collection ships to all US territories. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O. boxes. Our shipments are arranged through FedEx, UPS, DHL and freight carriers, which require a physical address. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Rural and island deliveries have limited routes and delivery times may take longer than usual.
During the month of August and December holidays, furniture factories are closed so expect an additional 5 weeks lead time on your order.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
White glove delivery is required for all furniture and other oversized deliveries to residential addresses, therefore it is automatically included at checkout. Any white glove delivery items will be grouped to be delivered on the same day.
The delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the appointment timeframe. At that time please notify of any special requirements, such as the location being on a narrow road or driveway that may require a smaller truck, restricted delivery time frames, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high-rise and condominium buildings, or service elevator reservations. There may be extra charges for special delivery requirements, such as multiple flights of stairs.
Before our delivery team arrives, please prepare your home.
• Clear the space where the item(s) will be placed prior to delivery.
• Secure all low-hanging light fixtures.
• Set any rugs in place.
• Protect anything that may be susceptible to damage such as floors, furniture, or entryways.
• Move all pets to a separate room during delivery to keep them safe.
Note that the delivery professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment or remove doors from hinges.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location. If the delivery company is not able to complete the delivery process the customer will be responsible for any additional charges, including re-delivery and storage fees.
The white glove delivery service professionals will carefully unpack and inspect each item, assemble it and place it in your room of choice. All packing materials will be removed.
An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt. In the event of any defect or damage noted at the time of delivery, please take photos, describe it in details on the delivery receipt and contact us right away at info@marieburgosdesign.com.
